Model BJ-A12 Ultrasonic Two-PE Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, which has the function of photocell detection, failure alarm, counter and the advantages of humanism design, safer operation and easier maintenance.
It makes both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper cups after running a whole procedure of automatic pre-printed-fan=shape-paper feeding, cup-side-body sealing)ultrasonic wave),silicon e-oil lubricating(for top curling),bottom punching, bottom pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling(cool device),top curling and cup discharging.
It is an ideal equipment of making paper cups for all kings of drinks (hot and cold )disposable paper cups: paper tea cup, coffee cup, cold-beverage cup, beer cup, ice-cream cup etc.
BJ-A12型全自动超声波两面PE淋膜纸杯成型机是一种多工位自动成型机械，它通过自动送纸（印刷好的扇型纸片）、封合（超声波封合纸杯壁）、注油（上卷口润滑）、冲底（从卷筒纸上自动冲裁杯底）、加热、滚花（杯底封合）、卷边以及卸杯收集等连续工序、以及具有光电检测、故障报警、计数等功能、是生产饮料纸杯、茶水纸杯、咖啡纸杯、广告纸杯以及市场纸杯、冰激凌纸杯或其他的一次性食品纸质容器的理想设备。
