GLA is a mini granulator for research and development. The formability of the machine can be easily discovered, and the data of scale-up proportion can be obtained by using only nearly300powder lot.Besides, roller snd propeller can be replaced in a short time,so the machine is convenient for test.

特点结构 Features＆ Structure

本机由送料、压片、制粒、整粒系统组成，各部分均采用无级变频调速控制，油泵压力可调，成品颗粒细度可调，装拆、清洗十分方便，符合GMP要求。针对热敏性物料，可在压轮处增加水冷却装置.

The machine is provided with a degas feeding propeller, a compressive former roll, apressurizing mechanism, a control mechanism, vessels, etc. It can be easily dissembled and cleaned, and is in accordance with GMP standards. For the heat sensitive material can increase the water cooling device for wheel pressure.
