本净化器是一款专为工业废气专业处理车间因生产产生的烟尘及轻质颗粒而设计的一体化净化装置。设备核心部件主要采用活性炭吸附净化装置和静电吸附，既能有效去除废气中的有害物质和污染颗粒等，又能降解各种异味和各种含金属加工厂生产出的有毒有害气体。
二、工作原理
设备有进气口和出气口两端。需生产废气经进气口进入中效过滤网板内，烟尘废气中的部分烟尘或颗粒先有过滤网板过滤拦截，而后烟尘废气进入板框式一级蜂窝活性炭过滤器进行初效过滤及吸附。此时，大部分的大颗粒较重的粉尘被过滤至板框过滤器表面，其他含有细微颗粒的异味型气体从板框过滤器的内表面经活性炭层层过滤后由另一外表面排出，汇合后进入板框式二级蜂窝活性炭过滤器进行高效过滤、吸附及深度净化。此时，大部分的微小颗粒及粉尘被过滤至板框过滤器表面，未处理完的异味性气体从板框过滤器的内表面经活性炭层层过滤后由另一外表面排出至出风口。板框式活性炭过滤器采用二级串联处理方式，有效的扩大了废气同活性炭接触面积的同时很大程度的提高了废气吸附及净化效果，再由高压静电吸附进行处理。
设备内部的初效过滤网板固定在设备的进风口位置，板框过滤器采用抽屉式设计，同时设有检修门，打开可清理、清洗或更换板框过滤器。板框过滤器安装在特制的框架上，由若干活性炭蜂窝海绵组成一个过滤单元，形成多级净化单元，再由若干单元拼装成化学过滤段。板框过滤器的金属壳体采用金属材质，可以重复使用，这种设计大大降低了用户的运行费用。
三、应用范围
广泛应用于化工、电子、金属加工、烟草、玻璃、制药、食品加工、净化室等因生产产生的废气或不锈钢及管道加工、铝等金属焊接时产生的含铅、锡等烟气、废气或粉尘或烟雾处理场所。
