LSC型螺旋称重给料机：
螺旋称重给料机是对粉状、散粒状物件进行连续输送、动态计量、控制给料的生产计量设备。根据工艺要求对经过螺旋输送机的物料进行流量、流向控制，并实现计量管理。广泛应用于电力、冶金、煤炭、化工、港口、建材等行业。
设备组成：
秤体、减速电机、称重传感器、测速传感器、控制系统和变频调速系统。
工作原理：
螺旋称重定量给料机用于对散状物料的定量给料，给料过程为螺旋旋转连续给料，给料机将来自于用户给料仓或其他给料设备的物料输送并通过称重桥架进行重量检测；同时装于端部的测速传感器对螺旋体进行速度检测；被检测的重量信号及速度信号一同送入3000B/6000B称重控制器进行微积分处理，显示瞬时流量及累计量。
