| Introduction | AIMP1 （EMPA2 or p43） is a cytokine that is specifically induced by apoptosis, and it is involved in the control of angiogenesis, inflammation, and wound healing. The release of the AIMP1 cytokine renders the tumor-associated vasculature sensitive to tumor necrosis factor. Furthermore, AIMP1 is involved in the stimulation of inflammatory responses after proteolytic cleavage in tumor cells. | |
| Description | AIMP1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 356 amino acids （1-336 a.a.） and having a molecular mass of 39.2kDa （Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher）. The AIMP1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. | |
