| Introduction | FLT3 ligand is a receptor for the fl cytokine has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity & a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. Flt3-Ligand synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation. | ||||
| Description | Flt3-Ligand Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 155 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 17605 Dalton. Flt3-Ligand is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. | ||||

| Stability | Lyophilized Flt3-Ligand although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Flt3-Ligand should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein （0.1% HSA or BSA）. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. | ||||
