纳米材料由于具有很大的比表面积,可以作为药物输送载体。运用两亲性高分子修饰上转发光纳米材料,在纳米材料和亲水端之间的疏水层可以吸附一些化学药物如阿霉素(DOX)再在其表面连接上一些靶向的基团如叶酸(FA),可以实现靶向性的药物输送。同时中间的疏水层也可以吸附一些光敏分子实现新型的光动力治疗。光动力治疗是指一些药物(光敏分子)在光照的条件下将吸附在周围的的氧转化为单线态氧或者是活性氧自由基,从而杀死肿瘤细胞。该方法zui大的优点是不会对病灶周围的组织造成损伤,毒副作用较小。
